ALCOHOL-FREE RETREATS
Brought to you by Sober Yoga Girl

Sober Women's Yoga & Meditation
Bali Retreats
By Mindful Bali & The Mindful Life Practice
Sober Girls Yoga was created by our founder, Alexandra, in 2021. We have run Sober Girls Yoga retreats around the world since then, but as our community has grown, so has our language. Today, we are embracing the word woman in our retreat titles to reflect the depth, wisdom, and inclusivity of serving women of all ages. Meditation is now also a core part of our journey, which is why we're now offering: "Sober Women's Yoga & Meditation Bali Retreats"
Our retreats are open to anyone on an alcohol free or sober curious journey. We hope you join us in Bali!

Recommended Accommodation
Around $500 for five nights, including breakfast.
Accommodation is not included as part of our retreats, in order to give maximum flexibility for you to choose which accommodation suits you! However, we recommend the hotel that is directly next door to Mindful Bali and approximately a 1 minute walk, the Emana Akatara. The Emana Akatara is a highly rated hotel with daily breakfast, a delicious restaurant, and an infinity pool. You can book a single room or get connected with another student on our training and book a shared room with twin beds to save money. We recommend you book well in advance to save your spot. Additionally you can choose any other accommodation in Ubud that suits you. There are several homestays, guest houses and villas in walking and driving distance to Mindful Bali.
