Have you always wanted to become a yoga teacher? Maybe you intuitively know it is the path for you. Perhaps you are not ready to teach yoga, but just simply want to dive deeper into this practice? Or maybe you are a yoga teacher already, and want to learn more.

Module Options: Can't get away to Bali for the whole three weeks at once? You can split up your training time.

Every training follows the same format:

Week 1: Modules 1, 2 & 3 (Root, Sacral, Core Chakras)

Week 2: Modules 4 & 5 (Heart, Throat Chakras)

Week 3: Modules 6 & 7 (Third Eye & Crown Chakras)

You would plan to arrive Sunday night & depart Sunday morning for the weeks classes Monday - Saturday.

The Mindful Bali 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is for you if you are...​

  • Someone who dreams of teaching yoga. 

  • You want to learn more than just the asanas (postures). You want to learn about the philosophy of yoga, anatomy, and more.

  • You want to be part of a small group experience - ten participants - not a big YTT with over 20 participants.

  • You want to learn about concepts like inclusivity, cultural appropriation, and privilege as they relate to yoga. 

  • You also realize that helping others will be key to helping you help yourself.​​

  • You're curious about learning more about the history and philosophy of yoga - but aren't necessarily ready to step in front of a class and become a teacher. ​​​

  • Or maybe you are an educator, counselour, or some other kind of community leader, and want to bring yoga into your community. ​

What You're Learning

Our 200-Hour YTT is a holistic training that blends asana, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, and pranayama so you graduate with a deep understanding of yoga beyond the poses. You’ll gain practical teaching skills—sequencing, cueing, adjustments, and space-holding—through hands-on practice and personalized feedback in our intimate small-group setting. Rooted in the Yoga Sutras and authentic philosophy, the curriculum is designed not just to certify teachers, but to create transformative growth and prepare you to share yoga with confidence anywhere in the world.

What's Included on Your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training...

Tuition for the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is $3000 USD for the three week program. 

Price includes:

  • All classes over the three weeks

  • All course materials - textbooks, access to online platforms, etc.

  • Daily buffet lunch

  • Welcome dinner and closing ceremony dinner 

Price does not include:

  • Accommodation

  • Meals other than those listed above

  • Transport to and from Mindful Bali

Recommended Accommodation

Around $1400 - $2000 USD for a three week stay at a four star hotel, breakfast included, next door and 1 minute walk to yoga shala

Accommodation is not included as part of our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, in order to give maximum flexibility for you to choose which accommodation suits you! However, we recommend the hotel that is directly next door to Mindful Bali and approximately a 1 minute walk, the Emana Akatara. The Emana Akatara is a highly rated hotel with daily breakfast,  a delicious restaurant, and an infinity pool. You can book a single room or get connected with another student on our training and book a shared room with twin beds to save money. Prices range for hotel stay depending on whether it is high or low season but on average will be between $1400 - $2000 for a three week stay. We recommend you book well in advance to save your spot. Additionally you can choose any other accommodation in Ubud that suits you. There are several homestays, guest houses and villas in walking and driving distance to Mindful Bali.
