A personalized mini-retreat at Mindful Bali, designed for individuals, partners, or small groups ready to slow down, deepen their practice, and rediscover stillness.
Nestled among the rice fields of Pejeng just outside Ubud, our rooftop shala offers an intimate space for daily yoga, meditation, and mindful living. Whether you come alone for quiet reflection, with a partner to reconnect, or with a small circle of friends to share the journey, these three days are an invitation to pause and realign with your inner self.

Your Daily Rhythm...
Morning Yoga (9:30 – 10:30 am)
Begin each morning in community, joining our drop-in Vinyasa Yoga classes overlooking the rice fields. Flow with your breath, awaken your body, and ground into the day ahead.
How to Meditate Workshop (11:00 – 12:30 pm)
Following yoga, join Alexandra for a daily mantra meditation workshop. This 3-day, 90 Minute Workshop is a course Alexandra developed to support you in developing a consistent home meditation practice. Learn how this all weaves into yoga philosophy. Each day gently builds on the next, allowing your meditation to deepen naturally.
Nourishing Lunch (12:30 pm)
After practice, savor a wholesome family-style lunch prepared fresh with local ingredients by our Balinese chef. Eat slowly, surrounded by the peace of Bali’s nature, letting your experience settle into stillness.

Free time, with optional afternoon activities.

Optional Add-Ons
💧 Water Temple Blessing Ceremony - $50 USD 
Experience one of Bali’s most sacred purification rituals. Our Driver, Kadek, will take you to a traditional water temple for melukat, a ceremonial cleansing in holy spring waters — a profound act of renewal for body, mind, and spirit.  
🏡 Balinese Village Experience - $50 USD
Journey beyond the tourist path to a nearby village to learn about daily Balinese life, offerings, and temple culture. Visit the family compound of our driver Kadek and learn how to make offerings with his mom. His mom will also cook you a homecooked lunch, complete with traditional banana leaf pancakes! This is a heartfelt immersion into Bali’s spiritual rhythm. 
📿 Mala Making Workshop - $50 USD
Create your own hand-knotted meditation mala with locally sourced beads and a personal intention. You will choose the beads for your necklace and make it with a Balinese teacher. As you thread each bead, you’ll weave mindfulness into every knot - a meditative ritual that becomes a keepsake for your practice. 

Recommended Accommodation
Accommodation is not included as part of our retreats, in order to give maximum flexibility for you to choose which accommodation suits you! However, we recommend the hotel that is directly next door to Mindful Bali and approximately a 1 minute walk, the Emana Akatara. The Emana Akatara is a highly rated hotel with daily breakfast, a delicious restaurant, and an infinity pool. We recommend you book well in advance to save your spot. Additionally you can choose any other accommodation in Ubud that suits you. There are several homestays, guest houses and villas in walking and driving distance to Mindful Bali.
