300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
Our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training has a modular format. There are three 100 Hour modules to the course which students can either take on their own, independently, as a YACEP credit (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program) or take all three in one year to get their 300 Hour Certification. (If you sign up and pay for all three modules at once, the price is only $3500 - a $1000 discount!)

MIND
Module 1: Mantra Meditation & Patanjali's Yoga Sutras (100 Hours Online)
This module trains the mind through daily meditation and the study of yoga’s most essential philosophical text. You’ll immerse yourself in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras (all four chapters), exploring how these timeless teachings support wellbeing and spiritual growth in the modern world. Alongside the philosophy, you’ll establish a steady daily mantra meditation practice to strengthen clarity, discipline, and inner stillness.
The course unfolds online over four months.

SOUL
Module 2: Bhakti Yoga, Yin Yoga, The Breath & Yoga of the Heart
The Soul Module invites you into the path of Bhakti—the yoga of devotion. Through chanting, kirtan, ritual, and storytelling, you’ll discover the heart-centered practices that awaken love, surrender, and connection. We will explore the Bhagavad Gita and the stories of deities as archetypes that illuminate our own spiritual journeys.
You’ll also gain practical experience through practice teaching, weaving Bhakti, asana, and pranayama into your own offerings.

BODY
Module 3: Vinyasa Asana, Adjustments, Anatomy & Entrepreneurship
The body module deepens your skills as a teacher through advanced vinyasa asana studies, intelligent sequencing, and the art of hands-on assists. You’ll refine how you guide students into safe, aligned postures while learning subtle energetic touch and breath-based cues.
We’ll also explore anatomy and biomechanics in detail—studying the musculoskeletal system, breath, and nervous system—so that you gain confidence in teaching with precision and awareness. Beyond the physical, this module introduces the energetics of yoga, including prana flow, chakras, and the subtle body. Supervised practice teaching ensures you leave with practical tools to support your students at every level.

Recommended Accommodation
Around $1400 - $2000 USD for a three week stay at a four star hotel, breakfast included, next door and 1 minute walk to yoga shala.
For a ten day stay it will be between $700 - $1000.
Accommodation is not included as part of our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, in order to give maximum flexibility for you to choose which accommodation suits you! However, we recommend the hotel that is directly next door to Mindful Bali and approximately a 1 minute walk, the Emana Akatara. The Emana Akatara is a highly rated hotel with daily breakfast, a delicious restaurant, and an infinity pool. You can book a single room or try to get connected with another student on our training and book a shared room with twin beds to save money. Prices range for hotel stay depending on whether it is high or low season. We recommend you book well in advance to save your spot. Additionally you can choose any other accommodation in Ubud that suits you. There are several homestays, guest houses and villas in walking and driving distance to Mindful Bali.
