Because only when you start to change within, your external world will naturally change with you. Life is not randomly happening to you, life is perfectly responding to you. When you start to shift you will notice that naturally your relationships, your career and your health will shift too.  

However, it only works when you work. You can read a million books about self development but nothing will actually change until you take acton! And I am here to guide you with that. We all want to be strong and we can sometimes find it hard to ask for help, but the truth is, we all need and deserve a helping hand in life. Trying to figure out everything alone is just wasting your time and potential. I would have never been where I am now without the wonderful teachers that I have had in my life.

My undivided attention for six 1:1 coaching sessions of about two hours. That are twelve hours of personal coaching! 

During the coaching sessions I use a combination of mindfulness, intuitive coaching, NLP, Acceptance and Commitment Therarpy and basically all the kick ass tools that helped me to transform my own life.

We will work on dealing with the fear voice in your head that tells you that you are not good enough in anyway. We will work on grounding yourself, changing habits, self love and self care, following your heart and finding your purpose. Next to the guidance I will teach you many practical tools that you can apply yourself in your daily life to transform your life.

This journey is not about me ‘fixing’ you or ‘fixing’ areas in your life. It is about me simply facilitating you to find the way back to yourself, as you already are whole and complete. It is about showing the layers of fear that we have build up that is removing us from our authentic self and living our life to the fullest. 

The Framework.

Session 1: The automatic pilot

During our first session we learn how to train our mind to become more aware of our thoughts, feelings, sensations and emotions of the present moment. We do exercises to get out of our head and become more present, aware and grounded. This is a crucial since it is the condition to do any further work. Everything you are not aware of, you can't change either.

Session 2: What is your story?

Our mind is a brilliant story teller. We all have different limiting beliefs, based on our previous experiences and we shape our future according these beliefs too. We learn how to become aware of those stories and patterns and how to relate different to them.

Session 3: Our solution becomes the problem

We are all trying to avoid pain in our life and chase happiness. The way we do that usually leads to more struggle and an keeps you stuck in certain destructive patterns. Understanding how you do this and what to do instead, will help you to stop struggling and to start living with more ease!

Session 4: Accepting what already is

By accepting your circumstances, who you are and where you are, you are building the foundation of self love. Paradoxically, as soon as you start accepting who you really are, you give permission to others to accept you too.

Session 5: How to deal with your inner critic

We all have this mind chatter, filled with fear and worries that often tells you that you are not 'good enough' yet. This is our ego and during this session I teach you how to relate differently to this voice so it does not rule your life anymore.

Session 6: Love over fear

In this last session we practice how to choose love over fear in any moment. By practicing this we are able to create a live that is true to us, all from the inside out.

Since I passed 25, I felt a little stuck in my life. I didn’t liked my job anymore and I was questioning myself if Amsterdam - and al its hastiness - still was the place for me. I decided to go to Bali for a month, but not just to enjoy myself, rest and think. No, I was willing to work on some needed self growth, in order to get my mind more clear. And there Nadja appeared. I remember our first session, after talking for a bit, I got chills because of the things she said. She just knew how to get to the core of my issues instantly. Amazing! The course is nothing like learning from a book, my experience was that it has been very personal. And because of her openness about her own struggles in life there was no such thing as discomfort. Instead, there was much ease, space and above all, time, during the sessions. After every session I was surprised with the input and what it did to me. The meditations we did were intense, but very healing.
